Taylored Hair operates tayloredhair.com .au. This section informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use & disclosure of personal information we receive from site users.

We use your personal information only for providing updates, specials, blogs, and information about the site & Taylored Hair. By using this site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact you or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name.

Like many site operators, we may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Here at Taylored Hair, every client's time is equally valuable and to be respectful to ALL our clients,

this Deposit and Cancellation Policy will be in effect as of 1/5/18. Unfortunately, it is hard to fill a cancelled or 'no show' appointment at the last minute. We all understand that plans can change and life happens; however, we request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation. A confirmation message will be sent 72 & 48 hours before your appointment to ensure there is enough time for you to let us know.

Appointments made within 24 hours will not be required to pay a deposit, however, the full amount of the service will be charged if you are a 'no show'.

All new and existing colour clients will require a $50 deposit to secure your next appointment.

This deposit will be credited to your service total on the day of your booked service. Any cancellations made before 24 hours of your appointment can be rescheduled, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

Non-Refundable Deposits

The rescheduled appointment must be made within 2 weeks of your original appointment date. Failing to do so will result in your deposit is non-refundable. If circumstances change, i.e. moving away or going on holiday, and you do not re-book at your last appointment, your deposit will be used as credit on your final service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your appointment time will result in your deposit being non-refundable, and another deposit will need to be paid when you reschedule your appointment. If there are events beyond your control, the manager will discuss an arrangement regarding your next appointment with you.

Secured Deposits - Sorell, Tas - Taylored Hair

Your deposit is in a secure place on our system under each client's account for your peace of mind. If Taylored Hair changed hands, sold, or closed its doors, any remaining deposits being held will be returned to each client before the changeover.

When booking an appointment with Taylored Hair, you accept the above terms of the policies.
